Will I be able to access my e-mail using a cellular phone or PDA?

It depends upon your wireless providers conforming to the standards. Our wireless access is designed to support any wireless device that adheres to the Wireless Mark-up Language (WML) version 1.1. Generally, that covers the majority of the wireless browsers (e.g., Internet ready cellular phones) currently on the market. However, not all manufacturers consistently follow the WML 1.1 standards and we make no guarantees that this service will function with your particular wireless device. Our wireless service will allow you to read new mail, delete existing mail, or send a new message. It will not allow you to access sub-folders or your address book at this time.

What languages does your product support?

The current version includes translations for English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Chinese. We plan to release other translations during the next few months. Nevertheless, if your language is not included, you can make a request to the support department to make it available.

We stride on maintaining a high quality service for all our customers and our partners customers through certified training and support of our products and services. The closest scenario to an affiliate is our Certified Reseller whom is a professional in his/her own right and has followed strict guidelines to provide our services and products to others.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

If you set a challenge phrase at the time you created your account, you can use the "Forgot your Password" utility. You must be able to remember both the challenge question and the correct answer. To use this method of resetting your password, click here.

If you do not remember your challenge question and answer or if you did not provide one, you will need to send an e-mail to support with a few pieces of identifying information:

  • Your username
  • Your billing address
  • Your billing phone number

At our discretion, we may ask for additional information to protect the security and identity of your data.

What does `Protect my address so it automatically expires XX minutes from now` do for me?

TMDA can automatically tag your messages with a temporary e-mail address which only works for a defined time interval (e.g. 5 days, 2 hours, etc). During this period, even those not on your white list will be able to contact you using the dated address. This also allows you to participate freely in open discussion forums such as Internet mailing lists without fear that your address will be harvested by spammers for later use against you, and without opening up your white list more than necessary. Once a dated address expires, messages sent there must go through the confirmation process. Use of strong cryptography insures that the timestamp can't be modified.

It is important to note that the e-mail address that you have configured as your default profile in Safe Address Office Suite is always used as the From: address. However, with TMDA junk mail protection enabled, recipients will not be able to reply unless they confirm themselves; are on your white list; or if you use one of the strategies described above.
