Can your products/service be upgraded?
Yes, you can purchase additional user accounts, email aliases, storage,
or bandwidth anytime after your original purchase just by paying the
current package offerings or paying the additional monthly usage charges on a
monthly basis.
Please contact support about upgrading your account.
Are there any other annual or monthly fees involved with the account purchase?
The only charges that may occur on a monthly basis are overage costs involved
after exceeding your monthly threshold defined by your selected package. Each package
has a maximum bandwidth (data transfer) usage and storage quota allocated to that account
for mail, file, and photo. Furthermore, at the end of your billing cycle as specified
by your selected package, you will be invoiced and billed upon this anniversary date
for another complete billing cycle unless you provide a cancellation request
before your anniversary date.
Please contact support about requesting usage
amounts for your account.
How is bandwidth calculated?
-
Currently bandwidth usage is calculated during the following activities: email transmission send/receive and
file storage download. Although in the future this could change, mainly to track bandwidth from uploading documents
into your file storage or for usage in your e-mails.
-
The bandwidth usage is not updated in real time. It is updated usually sometime between 2:00 - 4:00 AM EST
depending on server activity. After updates occure is when we send out notification of your account closing
in on your maximum bandwidth usage for the month.
-
Your bandwidth usage is reset every first of the month, no matter when your signup date happened to be.
